Introduction
The Leadership & Transformation Course is designed to develop visionary leaders capable of driving positive change within organizations and communities. Trainee Requirements & Prerequisites

Midterm Reflection & Coaching (LT-108)
This module provides an opportunity for learners to pause, reflect, and consolidate insights from the first half of the course. Through structured peer coaching sessions and mentor feedback, participants will refine their self-awareness, enhance their communication style, and strengthen their commitment to continuous leadership improvement.
Leading Innovation (LT-109)
This module focuses on how leaders foster innovation and guide creative ideas into impactful, scalable solutions. Learners will explore strategies for cultivating a culture of experimentation, encouraging risk-taking, and managing innovation processes within teams and organizations. This module explores how effective leaders navigate organizational change and shape resilient, values-driven cultures. AI & the Future of Leadership (LT-111)
This module examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership, decision-making, and organizational strategy. Learners will explore how AI tools can enhance insight generation, communication, and empathy-driven leadership. The module emphasizes the balance between human intuition and data-informed strategy. Strategic Thinking & Influence (LT-112)
This module develops the ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans. Ethical & Inclusive Leadership (LT-113)

The module encourages leaders to recognize bias, promote fairness, and create environments where all voices are valued. Personal Brand & Visibility (LT-114)
This module helps learners develop a strong and authentic personal leadership brand that reflects their values, expertise, and vision. Participants will explore how executive presence, communication style, and professional storytelling shape how they are perceived by others. The module emphasizes building confidence, credibility, and visibility across professional and creative platforms. Through a hands-on exercise, trainees will script and film their own personal leadership pitch, showcasing their unique leadership identity and communication strength.
Capstone Development (LT-115)
This module guides learners through the process of developing their personal leadership portfolio and final innovation project. It serves as a synthesis of all course learnings, allowing trainees to demonstrate their growth, leadership philosophy, and ability to lead transformative initiatives. Through individualized mentor sessions, participants will refine their projects, receive feedback on their leadership portfolios, and prepare to present their final work during the course showcase.
Leadership Showcase (LT-116)
This final module marks the culmination of the Leadership & Transformation course. Learners will present their personal leadership portfolios and team innovation projects to a panel of mentors and industry professionals. The session celebrates each participant’s growth, creativity, and leadership journey. The showcase concludes with a jury evaluation and certification ceremony, recognizing the achievements and transformation of the graduating cohort.

Assessments will include a combination of methods, where trainees submit exercises for evaluation to receive feedback or qualification.
● Reading and Reflection Exercises: Participants will complete guided readings and reflective activities to connect theory with personal leadership practice.
● Quizzes: Both formal and informal quizzes will be conducted to gauge understanding of key leadership concepts and frameworks.

● Final Leadership Portfolio & Showcase: Each participant will present their personal leadership portfolio and group innovation project as a capstone assessment.
Certification Requirements:
● At least 90% attendance.
● Completion of all assignments.
● Final project submission and screening.
